South Winnipeg Kinderschule is hiring for two positions:

Centre Director.
​Job Duties include:

• Working with children and cleaning the centre on a daily basis. Director is the main key holder.
• Ensuring adherence to Best Practices Licensing Manual in day-to-day operations of the centre, including safety.
• Curricular Planning, including centre activities and field trips, which further entail trip planning, safety coordination, and document preparation.
• Maintaining files on Credentials, Qualifications, Attendance, Registration Information of Families, Field Trips, Songs, etc.
• Liaising with various Board Portfolios such as Advertising, Fundraising, Grant Writing, Hiring, Oktoberfest, etc.
• Leading Festival preparation and coordinating with community members (including the broader German community).
• Writing a weekly newsletter for communication with parents (text and photo editing knowledge required).

Child Care Assistant.
​Job Duties include:

• Working with children and cleaning the centre on a daily basis. 
• Opening and closing the centre as needed.
• Ensuring adherence to Best Practices Licensing Manual in day-to-day operations of the centre, including safety.
• Assisting in Curricular Planning and Parent Communication
